There were a couple of new releases yesterday that are worth checking out. First of all, the new Portugal The Man album, Censored Colors. Their album Church Mouth is one of my favorites from last year, and their new stuff is pretty fucking great. I'm definitely gonna pick it up a.s.a.p. Next on the list are albums from two bands I had not heard of, Passion Pit and Dead Confederate; Chunk of Change and Wrecking Ball. They are both very good, but I especially liked Passion Pit they're very fun to listen to. It's actually a one man band, although there are multiple musicians for live shows. He definitely has a lot of creativity and he lets it go wild, the man's a genius. And then there's Dead Confederate's Wrecking Ball, another great debut album by a great band. I hear they're mind-blowingly good live too. So there you have it folks, check 'em out and be sure to show your support by buying these albums.
